More Than 110,000 Hot Tables Triggered Since Launch |

We only launched Hot Tables on March 11 but they have already hit a major milestone. More than 110,000 Hot Tables have triggered since their launch, and the number just keeps on growing.

Hot Tables are rewarding an increasing number of our cash game players. Half of our cash game players see at least one Hot Table once per day when they play, with some 29% of our cash game players winning a boosted Hot Tables pot at least once per day. It is brilliant to see so many of our players reap the benefits of this exciting, new feature.

What Are Hot Tables?

Hot Tables is the name given to the cash game feature that is designed to reward more of our players than ever before. Thousands of Hot Tables randomly trigger each and every day and add between 1-500 big blinds to the pot. Win the pot and you also secure the Hot Tables prize.

No-Limit Hold’em and Pot-Limit Omaha tables, plus our action-packed fastforward tables, can see Hot Tables trigger at them. Hot Tables do not trigger in Home Games or at heads-up tables.

All the games mentioned above, which have stakes from $0.05/$0.10 to $0.50/$1 are eligible to receive the Hot Tables treatment. The Hot Tables prize can be as large as $500, which is a nice boost to anyone’s bankroll.

Stakes Minimum Prize Maximum Prize
$0.05/$0.10 $0.10 $50
$0.10/$0.25 $0.25 $125
$0.25/$0.50 $0.50 $250
$0.50/$1 $1 $500

Why Are Hot Tables So Awesome?

Apart from being free, one of the best features of Hot Tables is they give us the chance to reward many more of our cash game players. Hot Tables replaced our Daily Cash Leaderboards, which was not to everyone’s taste, but it is better for the cash game ecology overall.

The Cash Game Leaderboard rewarded a select few of our players who had the time, ability, and inclination to log some serious volume at the tables. Hot Tables makes the reward system fairer by not discriminating against those players who like to jump into a single cash game and have some fun for 30-minutes or so.

Of course, those players who play more are likely to see more Hot Tables trigger in their games, but the fact Hot Tables are random keeps everything on a level playing field regardless of you playing one table for 30-minutes or 10 tables for eight hours.
