NHL postpones Saturday’s Blackhawks-Hurricanes game

The NHL has postponed Saturday’s matchup between the Chicago Blackhawks and Carolina Hurricanes as the league continues to rejig the schedule due to COVID-19 issues and a string of cancellations amid severe winter weather in Texas.
In a corresponding move, the NHL rescheduled the Tampa Bay Lightning-Hurricanes game, originally slated for March 28, to Saturday at 7 p.m. ET.
The league says it will announce a new date for the Blackhawks-Canes game down the road.
The Lightning were set to face the Dallas Stars on Saturday, but the tilt was postponed Thursday, marking four postponed home games in a row for the Stars due to frigid conditions and power outages in Texas.
