NZ vs BAN 3rd ODI LIVE – Conway, Mitchell slam centuries for New Zealand, Bangladesh need 319 to avoid clean sweep: Tom Latham’s New Zealand won the toss and opted to bat in the final ODI at the Basin Reserve. Thanks to centuries from Devon Conway and Daryl Mitchell, New Zealand posted 318/6 in 50 overs.

Martin Guptill and Henry Nicholls opened for the Kiwis but the hosts lost three quick wickets. Catch all the live-action here. Bangladesh pacers took advantage of the conditions and rattled New Zealand early on, sending Guptill, Nicholls and Ross Taylor back to the pavilion within 11 overs. Latham and Devon Conway fought back with a 63-run partnership but Soumya Sarkar broke the stand, taking Latham’s wicket.

After Latham’s departure, Conway continued to rebuild the NZ innings with a fantastic 126 off 110 balls. He was joined by Daryl Mitchell. The duo’s 159-run partnership helped the hosts post 318/6 in 50 overs with Mitchell remaining unbeaten on 100.

Under pressure to chase the tough 319-target, Bangladesh lost three early wickets with Matt Henry scalping all three. The visitors lost skipper Tamim Iqbal, Liton Das and Soumya Sarkar within the first six overs.
