ONE on TNT 2: Lee vs. Nastyukhin fight card, start time, channel guide.
The series of ONE Championship on TNT events has officially gotten underway. To follow up the strong start, ONE on TNT 2 focuses on the lightweight division’s finest.
The first of the four ONE on TNT shows throughout April featured six bouts splitting each half for the prelims and main card – that trend remains the same going forward. Headlining event No. 2 is none other than one of the promotion’s two champions from the Lee family, Christian Lee (14-3). Standing in his way will be the dangerous Russian, Timofey Nastyukhin (14-4).
Fans may most remember the challenger in Nastyukhin for his big upset win over Eddie Alvarez in Alvarez’s ONE Championship debut in March 2019. In the time since then, he’s battled through injuries only to recover and pick up a win over Peter Buist. Lee, on the other hand, captured the title with a win over the legendary Shinya Aoki and has already successfully defended the strap twice.
In the co-main event, former lightweight and featherweight double champion Martin Nguyen (13-4) returns to action. The Aussie will be looking to rebound after losing the latter title to Thanh Le in October. In an attempt to do so, he’ll be tasked with Korea’s Kim Jae Woong (11-4).
Leading up to those great fights, fans will be treated to seeing striking sensation Janet Todd (37-11) back in action as well as the promotional debut of UFC, RIZIN, and Bellator veteran Jared Brooks.
